Opening your heart to love
Disappointment, loss and trauma can cause us to close down our heart energy thus making it more challenging to find and be open to love in our lives, whether this is from family, friends or a significant other. This workshop will focus on practices that enable us to move from fear to love and create a plan for self love.

All about the base
This workshop includes a powerful practice to keep you rooted in your spiritual practice. It can be tempting to bypass living in the here and now to follow spiritual pursuits but what benefit are you offering if you are not grounded enough to give to others? Being strongly connected to your base chakra enables you to live without fear of what others will think, but to move into your own divinity.

Outer Effort, Inner Strength
In life we know that most things worth having involve some effort. When I began my Kundalini Yoga practice, I knew it was not an easy option. Often the kriyas would be demanding however the practice of taking a kriya and doing it continually for 40 days meant that I soon begin to develop strength and what started off as being a challenge became easier as the days went by.
As my body grew stronger so did my inner resolve. Putting my body under stress helped me to deal with stress away from my yoga mat and I found myself getting stronger physically and mentally.
Join me in this workshop to develop physical strength and mental clarity.
